The room was clean and the shower was great, with modern and new dark glass doors. The location was perfect for our city trip, just a 5 minute walk to the train station and close to the shopping areas. The price for the stay was very reasonable.
The staff was not very helpful and often seemed unprofessional. We had trouble communicating with the receptionist due to poor English pronunciation and even got shouted at by the cleaner when we first arrived.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's located very close to the main train station, which made it very convenient for me. The room was superbly clean and well-decorated, which is always a plus. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, which were top-notch, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, this hotel is located near the metro station and wholesale markets, which is perfect for any business trip.

Rooms are clean and come equipped with modern amenities like a shower with darken glass doors. there are fast food options open until 6:30 pm that offer good value for money.
The staff could use some improvement in their language skills and professionalism, based on the reviews of previous guests.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the main train station and several nearby parks. the room was well-decorated and boasted a super comfy bed that made for a peaceful night's sleep. I also enjoyed exploring the small family restaurants serving delicious Muslim food close by.
the staff proved to be unprofessional and rude, with the receptionist struggling to complete even basic tasks like payment and registration.
